Duplication and Records Specialist
Summary
Responsible for scanning and indexing all internal documents, sales quotes, printing, and duplication of all CD/DVD media, provide customer service.
Essential Duties
Scanning/indexing
CD/DVD duplication/printing
Assisting sales department with quotes
Coordinating purchases with Materials Manager
Coordinate custom CD/DVD jobs with customers
Supervisory Responsibilities
None
Qualifications
Sales and customer service background
Strong communication skills
Strong computer skills
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Must possess associate degree or equivalent experience
