February 1 - The Low Vision Aid of the Month is the Big Print Address Book. This sprial bound book will organize your names, addresses and phone numbers.

January 26 - Representative Rick Mirabito and his aid Tonya Anderson visited North Central Sight Services, Inc. Agency staff gave an overview of the many services that the agency Associates provide to the community. Rick and Tonya also took a tour of the Agency’s new Abe Snyder Memorial Vision Resource Center and Industry operation. Rick was very impressed with the facility as well as the many services provided by the local non-profit.
"I felt that Rick and Tonya listened to our concerns about the dwindling transportation services and other issues of people who are blind or visually impaired living in rural Pennsylvania," said Robert Garrett, NCSS President/C.E.O. "Both Rick and Tonya pledged to help our organization identify other potential funding sources, " said Garrett.
