Office Eagle Honored at Ceremony

Eagle division was honored at North Central Sight Services Inc.’s (NCSS) annual awards dinner on April 18th. BISM and Office Eagle were presented with the 2006 Outstanding Partner Award. Associate Rene Alonso was on hand to accept the award for Fred Puente. The ceremony took place at the Williamsport (PA) Holiday Inn and 120 people attended.
The NCSS award description was “for your ongoing support of our industry by purchasing products for your Office Eagle BSC operations from North Central Sight Services, Inc. Through your ongoing commitment, you have helped improve the lives of people who are blind and created outstanding employment opportunities for our Associates.”
NCSS is based in Williamsport and sells various Media to Office Eagle, including CD-R’s, DVD-R’s, labels and flash drives. Office Eagle’s purchases from NCSS have grown by leaps and bounds over the past few years. Office Eagle purchased $24,169.92 from NCSS in 2004, compared to $108,272.76 in 2006. A letter and certificate was sent by NCSS to each of the five Office Eagle stores in recognition of the award.
